Restaurant “Le Boucaut”

The restaurant ‘Le Boucaut’ invites you to discover their famous theme buffets made from fresh products for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

At breakfast, served from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, you will enjoy fresh fruit juices, home-made cakes, a variety of pastry, and omelettes prepared on order. English breakfast lovers can also be indulged.

Creole cuisine offers a very wide choice of flavourful dishes and culinary specialities. So at ‘Le Boucaut’ you can discover a selection of Creole recipes made from local products selected each day by the Chef.

For lunch and dinner, you actually have a choice of two typical Creole dishes as well as very standard dishes. Please note that dishes are prepared on the spot for each meal, in an open kitchen.

With eyes lost towards the ocean and the exceptional view of the Fort de France bay with the overlooking Carbet pitons in the distance, savour it all!

Since lunch is served from 12:30 pm to 2 pm you will have time to enjoy numerous activities around the hotel. Treat yourself to our buffets.

For the famished and/or children, ‘Le Boucaut’ opens at 7 pm for dinner. Service ends at 9:30 pm.

We recommend that you try a whole lobster (about 500g) at least once during your stay. Guaranteed pleasure. Simply order the day before. For those who want to vary their pleasures, many restaurants are in the Pointe du Bout seaside resort centre, a 5-minute walk away.

‘La Paillote’ bar is waiting to offer you a pleasant end to your evening in a typical Creole atmosphere.
