Carayou Hôtel & Spa has 310 m² divided into 5 air-conditioned function rooms equipped with high speed Wi-Fi connection available for business seminars, workshops, product launches, or incentives.
Complete conference equipment (white boards, marker, overhead projector, sound system, screen, paper and pencils), as well bottled water are included in our services. Requests for specific equipment such as an overhead projector or a television screen are billed separately.
The ‘all-inclusive’ Workshop package for a minimum of 10 people, including the equipped room, 1 welcoming coffee, 2 breaks with snacks, and lunch with drinks at the restaurant ‘Le Boucaut’, is available.
On the pool side, the Fort Saint-Louis & Desaix rooms located in a secluded area facing the garden form a 205m² room that can accommodate 54 people in a U Shape and up to 150 for a meal. Each room can accommodate 27 to 80 people according to the arrangement chosen for the seminar.
On the Garden side, the Ilet de Charles, Ilet Sixtain, and Ilet Thebloux rooms, which are 35m² each, located at the entrance of the hotel, are more suitable for small conferences or training sessions (up to 16 people in a U shape). They can also serve as break-out rooms or be set up for interview.
Each space is simply decorated and completely air-conditioned and equipped for your events. Our Reception and Restaurant services are available throughout your event.
You can also rent each room without any service, on a half-daily or daily basis. At an additional cost, we can provide a floral decoration, a hostess or fit your room with a sound system with the use of 2 mikes.
