Be it for a company seminar, a one-day workshop, a product launch or a promotional event, the Carayou Hotel and Spa offers professionals 205m² of modular rooms.
Understated décor, each area is entirely air-conditioned and equipped for all events. Our three rooms are also designed to receive smaller groups. Our reception and restaurant services are at your disposal throughout the function.
- The “Fort Saint-Louis” room: 100 m² for 16 to 80 people
- The “Fort Desaix” room: 105 m² from 20 to 80 people
- “Ilet Charles”: 35 m² ideal for up to 15 people
We offer a range of conference materials.

DINING

A la carte or set menu meals for up to 300 people are served in the “Le Boucault” restaurant, up to 140 people in the “Café Créole”, both restaurants can be privatized depending on the season.
We offer “all-inclusive” one-day workshop packages for 10 people and over, (1 equipped room, a coffee reception, 2 breaks - mid-morning & afternoon, lunch with a drink). For resident seminars, please ask for a customized proposal.
